Curriculum

Learning through Play and Discovery
At Willow Tree, we believe that learning should be exciting and meaningful. Our balanced early years curriculum includes phonics, early maths, creative expression, and themed exploration. Whether it’s counting with beads or discovering new words through stories — every day is an opportunity to grow and thrive.

Outdoor Fun!

Fresh Air, Big Adventures
Our outdoor area is a place of movement, imagination and joy. From climbing and riding to planting and water play, children build physical confidence, develop coordination, and enjoy exploring the natural world — whatever the weather!

Group Activities

Together We Grow
Through shared experiences, children learn to play cooperatively, build friendships, and celebrate what makes us unique. We encourage turn-taking, kindness and group play to help every child develop social confidence and emotional resilience.

Understanding Nature

Little Explorers of the Big World
We encourage hands-on learning about plants, animals, seasons and the environment. From growing seeds to exploring soil and mini-beasts, children develop curiosity, care for the planet, and a sense of wonder about the world around them.

Building Fun!

Creating, Constructing, Imagining
Whether building with blocks, making patterns, or inventing something new, these activities support fine motor skills, concentration, problem-solving and creativity. There’s always something exciting in the making!

Meal Time

Healthy Tummies, Happy Days
Mealtimes are calm, social moments where children enjoy a variety of healthy and balanced foods. We promote good eating habits and independence, and fruit’s always available for a snack!

We are accepting children from 2 to 5 years of age!

“We value education, but we also believe that physical activities with staff and other children are critical for building confidence and improving health.”

 – N. Sorokina (Director)
