Our Requirements

We welcome applicants with the following qualifications and qualities:

✅ Childcare Level 2 or 3 (Nursery Assistant or Practitioner)

✅ Early Years Practitioner Level 3

✅ Early Years Educator Level 3

✅ Current Paediatric First Aid certificate (or willingness to complete one)

✅ Prior experience working with young children is desirable (we provide support and experience opportunities)

✅ Positive, caring and professional attitude towards working with children

✅ Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children’s wellbeing
