Safeguarding and Child protection policy

Willow Tree Nursery is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children.

We believe every child has the right to feel safe, secure, and protected. Our Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) ensures that all concerns are addressed promptly and appropriately.

Key Practices:

• Staff receive regular safeguarding training.

• Any concerns are reported in line with local authority procedures.

• We maintain secure records and cooperate fully with external agencies.

• All staff and volunteers undergo enhanced DBS checks.

Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility — and we take it very seriously.
