- 01We warmly welcome little learners aged 2 to 5 years. It’s such a special time of growth and discovery — we’d be delighted to share more about the places we have available!
- 02We are open Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Government-funded hours run from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. For 15-hour funded places: sessions are 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. For 30-hour funded places: sessions run from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. Please note: Government-funded hours are spread across the week according to our set session patterns. Using the funding for just a few full days is not possible — funded sessions must follow our schedule. Flexible hours, part-time, and private places are also available — feel free to contact us to discuss your family’s needs!
- 03Yes, we offer both 15 and 30-hour funded places for eligible children. Places are limited and subject to availability, so we recommend applying early. We’ll gladly explain how funding works and guide you through the application process.
- 04We’d love to welcome your family to Willow Tree Childcare! Simply contact us via phone, email, or our website form, and we will arrange a personal tour. We will guide you through our enrolment process and answer any questions you may have along the way.
- 05Absolutely! We provide healthy, balanced meals and snacks throughout the day. We cater to dietary needs and allergies, ensuring every child enjoys happy, social mealtimes where they can develop good eating habits. Fresh fruit and water are always available. For children attending the 30-hour funded places, we also offer the option of a paid hot lunch, freshly prepared to support their energy and wellbeing throughout a busy day of learning and play.
